im not on musks side but the fact is the twatter board is going to have to dig extremely deeply to find a reason to reject the bid. one good way would be making sure he does actually have the fat stacks to cover it. or however they fake it all these days.

theyre legally obliged to vote in the best interests of the shareholders, and i dont remember exactly what the original price was but what he was offering $53 per share was apparently well within those interests.
