Apparently he died. He was some guy named Wynn Bruce, a leftist who was upset about climate change. https://nypost.com/2022/04/23/wynn-bruce-dies-after-lighting-himself-on-fire-outside-supreme-court/ I feel for his family but he sounds like a loon.
