I was shaky on defending Tyson, because he's a nigger... however, he's a more well-adjusted nigger. He is 55 years old, lifelong professional fighter. He's been pestered by probably MILLIONS of annoying, drunk, drugged, or just retarded fans throughout his life. Many of them pestered him while he was still fighting, and he still had the discipline to not take their fucking heads off.
But this guy? The footage we saw seems to cut and miss something. We see: weirdo bothering Tyson. Tyson humors him at first, politely chatting with him. You can tell he's annoyed, but he handles it like a professional athlete. Weirdo continues to pester Tyson, Tyson eventually tells him to shut up and "stop talking to me". The video ends.
The next clip I saw was Tyson standing, delivering light (for a Boxer) arm-punches to the retard's cheek. Tyson did seem to be aiming to hit the guy in the cheek and side of the head- if he wanted to KO this moron, he absolutely could have. He could've caved his nose in or knocked his teeth out, but he was sort of merciful. So this begs the question: what happened between that first clip of silly pestering and the second clip of a beating? My guess- Tyson told the guy to shut up and put headphones on or something. I'll bet the retard then TOUCHED Tyson, tapped his shoulder or touched his headphones.

I read somewhere that he tossed an empty water bottle at Tyson and that was the final straw. I don't have corroborating evidence of that being part of the missing footage, but that'd sure do the trick in earning a beating.
