So wait, if Elon has a billion to give, but Twitter doesnt, wouldnt that mean that Twitter is effectively fucked if it can't come up with the cash assets to terminate? This sounds more like a move to show just how cash poor Twitter really is, because let's be real here, Twitter doesn't have a billion lying around
