I hear what you’re saying, but he only had about three lines he said about comics being attacked on stage and those lines were dripping with sarcasm. He was making fun of “white privilege”, at least as much as he could with his black wife sitting in the audience. He did a great job of fucking with people on both sides of the political aisle, like most of us here do. He said he was a liberal, just not an insane liberal. He said he believes in a woman’s right to choose to have an abortion, and then he waited for the crowd to go batshit-crazy in support, clapping and yelling, then, in fucking awesome Bill Burr fashion, he says, “But you’re still killing a baby. It’s not like the doctor is going down there for anything else. You walk in the room with a baby, you walk out without a baby. People try to argue at what point is there life there? I look at it like, if I was baking a cake and put it in the oven to bake for an hour and you come in at 20 minutes, grab the cake pan and throw it across the room and say, ‘That wasn’t a birthday cake, it was just some batter in a pan.’ I’d say yeah, but if you left it in the oven for 40 more minutes it would be!” And the crowd still goes crazy with applause, even with A LOT of liberals in the audience, probably clapping too. I didn’t agree with him basically saying doctors during the pandemic did a great job, but then he followed up with, “And doctors are great....when they aren’t trying to kill us...” giving no-covid examples of how doctors “accidentally” hurt or kill their patients. Yeah, I’d rather have a based comic up there serving up nothing but red pills in a hilarious fashion, but the liberals, who need to hear it, would never attend.
