The pilots never should've submitted to the vaccine to begin with. Mass lay-offs of employees among airlines is a regular affair, several times a decade. Whenever they report a pilot shortage, there are always a surplus of pilots in the regional carriers and among flight instructors ready to step up at any time. They'll get foreigners and sub-standard diversity hires in, I've no doubt, but as their diversity hires get people killed they'll roll out fully autonomous aircraft to push pilots out of the cockpit entirely. Then people will be forced to keep a closer eye on aircraft maintenance.
