If the pilot shortage gets bad enough the FAA (or whoever it is that makes the rules) will relax the requirement for having a copilot, or will relax the training requirement for who qualifies as a copilot.
This is fine.
Between the blatant thievery masquerading as security theatre of the TSA minority jobs program, the many interlocking failures of the plandemic / vaxx fiasco, and the airlines price gouging for the increasingly shitty ways they treat their customers, it's not like I need any more reasons to never fly commercial air anywhere in the US ever again.
And if that means never again having to be sealed in an aluminum can with niggers at 30,000ft AGL , eben mo' bettah.
The sooner the whole diseased structure collapses in fire, the better for everyone.
Collapse now and avoid the rush!
Who needs a pilot anyway, just control it from home with microsoft flight sim pilots.
So then it will be drones?
Yup, the FAA and NTSB will without fail, always side with the airline, the airplane company, the airport, literally anyone but the pilot when it comes to assigning blame and protections
