Correction: commercial pilots are in demand for multiple reasons.
- The aging boomer pilots were forced to retire early because the pandemic destroyed the airline industry for about a year.
- Many pilots quit their job or were terminated because of forced vaccine mandates.
- New pilot influx was significantly slowed due to training requirements and the pandemic restrictions (gathering of people) forcing a huge portion of training classes/sessions to be cancelled. Being a pilot is a highly technical/skilled job. Replacing them takes a long time and it costs a lot of money to train, recruit, and place new pilots.
- Required training hours, because of the restrictions mentioned in #3, also took a hit due to the pandemic. This caused some pilots to lose their licenses.
Notice no where on the list is anything at all mentioning the extremely rare and nigh-nonexistent vaccine-caused deaths? That's because they had 0 impact on the pilot shortage. It is likely that just as many people died from taking aspirin as did the vaccines but where are the anti-aspirin articles on poal?
I would also add pilots who were out of work, found other jobs, are and sticking to those other jobs because they fear the airlines will continue going through rolling shutdowns.
Far more people than is acceptable are dying from these new drugs. They should never have been approved and their use should be halted. From the numbers I have seen, the vaccine deaths are not a large enough percentage to cause a labour shortage. I won’t say it’s not possible, but it’s not likely.
At least you're honest and educated enough to see that the vaccines - even with the problems that they definitely have - just do not kill enough people to cause a pilot shortage.
When aspirin tries to bury their test trials and pay off politicians to make their product mandatory you'll see the results and articles thereof.
Oh, you didn't know? That's exactly what has happened multiple times with any mass product that is consumed.
Don't know about the Bayer controversy? Johnson and Johnson baby powder? Chinese baby formula poison? etc.
Get with the program, buster: everything is tainted and the vaccines are on the safer side of shit we put in our bodies compared to the entire landscape.
