I have often thought the best place for convicted Pedophiles is an airlift to the North Pole with GPS tags to see how far they get before they die. They would all die eventually. Cold Hungry and alone. Once a year dump them out on the ice and leave them there for the bears or the cold, They would never make it out of there and thats the point.
