And she falls under at least one exception even if the baby has a heartbeat. Health concern for the mother: a 10 year old delivering a baby can have all sorts of health complications. There might also be a rape exemption. But the mainstream media wanted you to believe lies and not ask any inconvenient questions, like *why was a 10 year old pregnant?* Also, the rapist could be her dad or at least a relative.
