It's 1.28 billion if you play the long game of 29 years, drops to 771 milion cash payout and you end up with around 400 million on a cash payout. I'd take it but You won't be a billionaire after all.

You'd be an utter fool to think that the US government will remain solvent and the US dollar be worth much in 29 years. Cash out immediately, buy some physical things immediately to prepare for the future.

Thanks Pops, I'm 60 years old so I think I would take the cash payout anyway. probably won't be around another 29 years. I was just running the numbers so no on thinks there's a new billionaire on the block. The lottery is a scam like everything else. They put 25% of what you spend in payouts, the rest is a slush fund.
