We were in a village once back in 2006. I started talking with a young guy that I knew good and well was Taliban.

I told him, "You know, if you guys would just stop shooting at us, sit back and do nothing but wait? In about six months the us.gov will get bored, declare victory and leave." He said, "Yeah, I know, but they just won't do it. The madrassas in Pakistan keeps sending us these new guys that are all fired up and want to die for Islam, so they keep shooting at the Americans."

The constitution is not a law, It is an agreement amongst the citizens of the several states. when that agreement has been broken beyond repair, there are no laws (which are a result of that agreement). It's the wild, wild west. When you threaten the citizens with annihilation by federal forces; that line in the sand has been breached.
