To be fair, most dedicated female runners I've known are going at 4 to 5am, which is about the best time to avoid snoopy eyes and especially thug blacks, that are most often in a drunken stupor by 4am. What I'm curious about is whether this was a hit made to look like a muh dik random. I've seen few postulations on that hypothesis.

Anything is possible. What kind of man allows his wife to run at 4a.m. in Memphrica unarmed ? A good husband would have had her get good firearm instruction , and practice.
