This is so obviously unjust, if there is anything at all left of the American legal system, it will be thrown out almost immediately upon appeal. A billion dollars, for emotional distress to people Jones didn't even name? Maybe the actual murderer caused some of that emotional distress, do you think? What a joke. This is a pathetic attempt by the liberal fascists to crush all vestiges of free speech. If they succeed, the future looks very dim indeed.

Nope, there's a shitload of video. It shows empty parking lots, people running around in circles, no ambulances, no airlift, no coroner. Plenty of evidence to show it didn't happen. Also lots of video evidence of fuckery.

Did this happen or not? Are there any actual videos of the carnage? Autopsy reports? Funeral video footage? Where are these victims buried? Where are the eye witness accounts? Were the surviving children talked to? Have any of these children spoken about this event yet? I find this one of the most puzzling events in U.S history.

Why would he pay? There's no evidence. If they pull the video and autopsy/crime scene photos and they're legit, he should have to pay something to the "mourning" families..

If there was 1999 Columbine footage there is 100% 2012 Sandy Hook footage. You gotta pay to play.

Show the tapes and pictures guys. If Alex has a smart lawyer they'll just say this as oddly there is simply not one picture, surveillance video of a modern shooting in the digital era. Keep in mind the area Sandy Hook is in is very rich. Everywhere has cameras and is gated. One picture of Adam even driving up to the school and entering would probably show proof if he was armed and entering with an arsenal.

Looks fishy. Apparently his dad was trying to give him encouragement by calling him the name of the mascot he played in college which made him chuckle. That to me makes it sound like his dad is a heartless moron and neither cared more than a valid excuse. Is there a decent primer for this? I remember looking into it a while back and it seemed fishy as fuck

Without the backstory, anyone stumbling upon this video without the backstory would presume he wasn't too upset with his getting into his serious distraught character.
