Lol, owning a Bank aint no joke. I recall a thread about owners having a lengthy/ detailed approval process to undertake incl stuff like having zero defaults or late payment/ over due payment on any bill going back 7 years ... on top of all the usual, no criminal record, never bankrupt, zero arrests - iirc even something like being pulled over can be a potentiaL red flag that can get one denied. I barely remember to pay my internet on time
