It is not possible to prove God exists and/or Hell exist. If it was possible our choices would be non existent. Who would choose to go against God if you knew He was for real ? nobody or some really mad people
So, yes, somebody cannot see trough the lies of satan and they think they can do a better world
Seems like the repeat of garden of eden story, to me
