I read some headline in the past 24 hours that says that the West has at least 7 similar like balloons currently over other countries...and then there are the satellites that show the Hollywood nature of this geopolitical ruse.

No. 'spy satellites ' are actually tethered to balloons of various sizes and dimensions, that orbit in the global slip streams and can remain aloft for, around 6 weeks at a constant altitude collecting data/ telemetry/ images etc - and are then retrieved by Military Aircraft using tether hooks via the Department of defense Operation HELO (High altitude low earth orbit). Imo, It's why there are zero actual images of any satellite in space, only composites, artist recreations, animations and cgi.
