'Valluco' does not equal dangerous and is nowhere near being the largest Tango. TANGO is an acronym for Towns Against Negative Gang Organizations and first started w/ in Texas prisons in late 80s early 90s when mafia members would use extortion to make non affiliates of certain cities to do their dirty work in prison (hits or holding). First Tango was San Antonio (tango orejon) when they broke free from Mexican Mafia (associated w/ Zetas & Sinaloa Cartel) and other cities followed suit such as Houston/Austin breaking from Texas Syndicate and Dallas/Fort worth breaking from their controlling mafia. Corpus at the time was ran by Raza Unidas so formed their own Corpitos Tango.
Rio Grande Valley (biggest stretch of land) broke free from Los Fletchas, Aztecas, Tri City Bombers, Texas Chicano Brotherhood and a few other families that all have ties to Cartels in Mexico. RGV or Vallucos do not have the most members. That distinction belongs to the Paisas (Mexican nationals in Texas US prison) but are largely considered most tame of the Tangos.
Tango blast (if riding w/ them, one would be considered 'blasting') is a conglomerate of the '4 horsemen' cities of Houston, Dallas, Forth Worth, & Austin. Tango Blast is not associated with Vallucos and Vallucos would take great offense to be lumped in with blast. They will ride together in prison though bc race rides with race. Tango blast is what the shooter from the outlet center near Dallas was repping. He was discharged from military dishonorably and worked for a security firm owned by a literal FED/FBI agent so take that however you wish.
Tangos generally do not operate in the streets after prison but are more likely to be used by cartels for transportation mules since mafia families will not conduct business with Tangos since these 2 factions are at war in almost every prison in Texas (over 100) and also at war in every major city jail.

Through my studies, mostly involving Houston Tango Blast, over 60% return to prison, mostly for petty crimes since they are not organized in the streets. Not for lack of members but due to their bylaws specifically stating they do not follow orders unless they are democratically voted upon by a majority. In the streets it is not possible for there to be organization without a defined leader and especially harder when each member is a crab in a bucket willing to drag other members down in order to be nearer the top.
About 10 to 15 years ago, a few cities started Tango bike/car clubs in order to set about more rules to gain street power, but those never seem to get too far bc of the flashiness of gangbangers willing to sell out their own mothers rather than go back to prison. These Mexican gangs are not fully backed by Feds and music industry like the nigger crips, bloods and gangster disciples from the 80s & 90s so when one comes across them in society they mostly run nickel and dime coke/meth/heroin/fent operations and are mostly drug addicts themselves.
