I wouldn't count Francis as a full pope because he was a replacement after Benedict stepped down. 112 is still in play.
Well, Benedict's resignation fulfilled canon law so in that sense Francis was pope. The fact Benedict declared the role as "office and ministry"; then one can claim he did not lawfully resign. OTOH, he declared that he resigned the ministry and that the see would be vacant and needed to be filled.
