This vile creature should have been captured alive... So they could be ended slowly and painfully.

They seem to know who it is. He also was carrying a rifle, shotgun and pistol. He was dressed in all black and they did not indicate if he had any "tac" gear but it sounds sort of like it.

Some people are reporting that he's a tranny. I have not seen "proof" yet but it would not shock me in the least.
