It's funny how distorted and contradictory their perception of reality is. It's acceptable and healthy to be fat, but anyone they disagree with must be fat because they're bad. So they pretend Trump weighs almost 300 pounds and get actually surprised when it turns out he's barely heavier than average for his height. Because ignoring your eyes and using your feelings instead is a virtue to these people.
