they must have had the ACLU or some other scum bucket lawyer guild shut them down.

I'm sure someone decided that it was "cruel and unusual" even though these scumbags show NO mercy to their victims.

I also liked the ones where they used to set up fencing, or pawn shop operations to buy stolen goods off the perps. I haven't seen those around much anymore, either.
