Just because you write it down on another piece of paper and say it's yours, doesn't make it materially different. I can't write down personal notes details of non-disclosure material and then say the actual information is mine. The text is possibly mine and my privilege to copy that note and copyright, but it doesn't mean I can pass the information outside the agreement.
