Wait staff wears body armor and concealed carries. 4) increase the cost of the items to cover the 20% tips the niggers won't pay - wait staff are tipped 20% out of gross receipts. 5) do NOT offer all-you-can-eat anything. Fixed portions and prices. 6) install bolt-down tables and chairs into hard tile or concrete. 7) walls and ceilings must also be tile or concrete.
