That BS. Failure/lie would be stopped if the SCOTUS were forced to rule on the Lie of gun control. There is NO blue gun control city that controls Crime.

I agree yet again. Though, The unfortunate part of this is that one of "us" will have to spend a decade in jail for SCOTUS to rule on this. Sure, you will be a millionaire after but you will have lost a lot of your life and probably your family too. It will happen for someone, somewhere, it is a matter of time at this point.

Wrong. It will only take Trump winning and a single state or Org. like the NRA Forcing the Lie of gun control to the SC. NO state or city can defend the Lie with facts.

We can only hope but the NRA has a shit track record these days. I would not put a single ounce of trust in them. On the other side.. Its not like a bunch of states are not already fighting. Too bad most of them are fighting AGAINST the 2a. We need more of us publicly and visibly fighting for PRO 2a.
