You can't make this shit up. It really had no concept that the shadow was being cast by them. That child is 2 YEARS OLD. How is it even possible that they just noticed their shadow for the FIRST TIME? Something, something "just like us".

Elliana Tsegaye, from New Hampshire, US, was captured on camera noticing her shadow for the first time and she hilariously tried to escape its presence. Taking to TikTok the little girl's parents saw the funny side of their daughter's new fear and shared the clip online where it has racked up 7.6 million views. The clip showed the two-year-old spotting her own shadow for the very first time, and she immediately tried to run and hide from it.

I remeber my early childhood, things like my first birthday. Before that day, I can remeber my mom teaching me how to make shadow puppets. Months later I remember her telling me I was going to be a big brother and that she needed me to help take care of my new sibling because they were going to be a baby and wouldn't know anything, so we would need to teach them (nothing whacky about that use of pronoun, it was the '70s and there was no way to know for sure the gender of the baby until it was born).

I remember thinking "I'm going to teach my baby brother or sister how to make shadow puppets". I remember waiting for months for my brother to be born, and then learning patience myself as I kept trying to get a baby to make a shadow puppet (took me almost a year).
