Well, I agree and don't. Lack of impulse control also tends to trend with poor problem solving skills, lack of abstract thinking, etc.. All of the things we consider to be traits of intelligence. You are right though. They might look "human" but that is about where it stops. Its a fucking shame that they are biologically close enough for weak minds to breed with them.
