In a racially homogeneous society that can afford to offer these benefits, most would feel shame for being on them. We don't have that so this is what we get.
They need to have so many disincentives to being on assistance that's it's so wildly unpalatable none but the truly desperate decide to use it. But damned if I can think of any that would actually make a nigger think twice about being on welfare. Like they'd give a shit if they could never get a federal job or hell even vote. Maybe ban them from fried chicken or something? But then how do you enforce that?
White's are the least likely to be on benefits for more than 3-5 months. They usually only get on them as a last resort as well. It already works that way we just don't get to see it because (((they))) don't want you to see the numbers.
It is intended as a helping hand. Not for you to live "for free" your entire useless fucking life.
