Nah you could take a pretty good guess that a simulation this big would require a fully functional building of quantum computers. Think of the scifi shit like start treks main ships computer type shit but hundreds of them. So trillions and trillions of bits but in just one computer core that would run just one portion of the program. It's quantifiable but I would know where to start.
youre making the assumption their laws of physics if they even have it are similar, we dont even know the intent. think about how an mmo works is it one computer doing all the rendering or each individual doing the rendering then communicating with eachother. that would be a design choice of the simulation. without knowing a thing about the creators we cannot make a single guess about our world as a simulation, guesses are founded on extrapolation of current knowledge we have no such thing about what i guess would be called god
