Maybe he bought all that with a credit, it's entirely possible, after all if you plan on dying after the facts, why would you care about the bill

>As per ABC News, the guns Ramos bought typically retail for around $2,000. One of the shooter’s online post suggested that he also bought a battery-powered holographic sight that usually sells for around $725. Shortly after the shooting, gun maker Daniel Defense wrote a blog post mentioning that the rifle used in the Ulvade elementary school shooting is known as a “DDM4 Rifle” and is modelled after .S. military’s “go-to rifle” called the M4 carbine. It was also mentioned that Daniel Defense rifles are classified as AR-15 types and are usually available in the price range of $2000 or more. Although the Daniel Defense rifle was not sold with sights, Ramos’ social media posts showed that he purchased a battery-powered holographic sight alongside the weapon.

...

Needless to mention that he bought something like 1000+ rounds of ammo... That doesn't come cheap and as I heard it's not that easy to get right now...

>The Uvalde mass shooting suspect bought more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition before opening fire and killing 22 people at Robb Elementary School, a law enforcement official said during a news conference on Friday. A U.S. soldier would take 210 rounds into combat.

So just for the guns and the sights (because I heard they had a similar set up, correct me if I'm wrong), we're facing a bill of roughly $6000

And again that's without counting the thousand of rounds he bought, not sure over what period of time though...

And the guy was a wendy's employee.

WTF does that have do do with what I quoted from the article?

“There’s not a hunter in Texas that utilizes these kinds of weapons,”

You're talking weapons, I talk weapons, and I go a little further by pointing at the prohibitive cost, what's the problem?
