Good for you. Don't touch any of that shit again.
Yeah this. The long term change is the hardest part

Don't overdo it. It's easy to let the exercise high take hold... still at least rest the body once a week. First time i quit drinking i worked out 24/7 off and on. Eventually i overdid it which left me more depressed than ever while i recooperated (recouperated?)
Yea Im doing 5 on 2 off. So the next 2 days I wont go. I wish I would of done this sooner.
My current schedule is one day mat workout one day gym machines. Sometimes it’s easy to tell you don’t need the next day for either.
Damn, good job man.
Keep it going, man. You can do it. If you need encouragement just ask.
Glycine. No one tells you this. Look into it.
Keep up the good work. ;)

Thanks fren.
I'm kinda in the same boat. Haven't had a drink in months. Off the devils lettuce over four weeks now. Going to the gym every other day. Drinking mainly water and hot tea. I may mix a little lemonade into unsweetened tea if I want something different.
I feel good. Looking forward to getting back into shape. I need to lose 20 lbs. Only glitch is my sleep isn't the best right now.
Right on, man. Way to go.
Good shit. I need to kick soda still.
Excellent!!!!!
Congrats
I haven't been much of a drinker for about 30 years now, a few beers or a couple of shots 1 or 2 times a year. I hate puking and if I get drunk shit will spin and I will spew.
I quit smoking weed from about 22 or 23 (I can't remember) until my dad died about two years ago. A family member gave me about a half ounce and I inherited a small amount of mids from dad that took me several months to smoke. I will get a buzz every few months when someone offers. I like getting high but, I don't like to stay that way. Even when I was younger after a while it would give me headaches and I'd quit for a few months. Now it's mostly for joint pain.
The soda though, fuck that shit is addictive. I had an easier time quitting the cigs, and meth.
