Didn't tell anyone I was going to stop drinking because I wasn't sure I could. Been two weekends. I'm not an everyday drinker but I am certainly a weekend beer Binger. I didn't think there was a problem. I was informed that it was. I looked at my weekend angry post from here and confirmed. It wasn't hard to stop, I just feel like I'm missing something. Kinda like when I quit smoking. Anyway, thought I'd share.

Good job. I’m a little over 4 years. I was a daily drinker, and heavy at that. Start going for walks. Do some kind of activity. But, get moving always helps. Drink more water. Eat some sweets when you’re really struggling. Alcohol converts to sugar in your body, so it’s a sugar craving not so much an alcohol craving.
