I mean literally, that's their plan or at least part of it
Buying the entire country for "pennies", that's why they need to crash it financially, so barely anything remains worth a dollar, as in zimbabwe dollar. That's why they hate trump, bcause he stands in the way.
And it's technically legal, foolish, but legal
Ultimately I think that's their plan for pretty much the entire planet

The following vid is from the World Economic Forum/Davos, where greta got invited to "lecture them" about how they were bad and why they really had to do something now, conveniently.
Also, no image or sequence in that vid has been chosen randomly, it's potentially full of symbolism and implicit message https://youtu.be/8rAiTDQ-NVY?t=40
Davos is the historical enemy of black blocks and antifa since the early 90's. I think antifa got setup by those types btw, at least for the US. Because antifa USA was an absolute joke until 5 years ago or so, nothing comparable to antifa europe. Mostly beverly hills kids, compared to antifa europe which are pros since the late 80s when it comes to organizing riots and riot training camps in eastern europe.

Going back for the vid above, browns and blacks will be instrumental in pushing the "great reset", that's what I make of that brown finger pressing the reset buton, and we can see it with BLM

COVID-19: The 4 building blocks of the Great Reset
• New ideas are needed to catalyze the Great Reset after COVID-19.
• Change can be as simple as adjusting our mindsets.
• Greater connection between leaders and the people, and between people, has the potential to effect the most change.
The World Economic Forum’s Great Reset initiative seeks new ideas in order to use this unique moment in history provided by the disruption to economics, politics and our everyday life to catalyze a new approach to how our societies are run.
Here are four important building blocks needed to make this happen: Mindset, Metrics, Incentives and Connection.
Change our mindset – if we made it up once, we can make it up again
Create new metrics – measuring what matters will change everything
Design new incentives – you get what you pay for
Build genuine connection – distance is the danger
Edit: The "fast backward" sequence in the vid above; it ends on a crappy computer from the 60s, that's how far back the technological setback will look like imo
