None of these government-issued loans are legal to begin with.
We give out free money to everyone who isn't White, why can't Whitey get some of his own gibs? At the very least, cap the interest at 6% or, better still, just stop charging interest on it. The government will get its due, since Whites are the only tax-paying demographic.
For those who may have forgotten this, back in his day, Dubya passed an anti-usury law, making the maximum interest rate 6%...for deployed military members only. Similar to how Dubya passed national permitless concealed carry...for "law enforcement" only.
