Real estate brokers, stock brokers, importers (that take their cut), speculators, the various insurance rackets that get between people and service providers, private credit card companies. If you just want to buy a pallet of ketchup from a restaurant supply there's a Jew on the phone that wants a portion of the sale on top of the price the business they work at is selling at.
