The lure of the Dark Side is so seductive. All you have to do is take the money, and you'll be lauded and applauded and lavished with favors and gifts, and get to hang with all the pretty people, and get on television to speak your important but content-void messages. On the other side, if you stick to your principles and your religion, you will be attacked, mocked, degraded, slandered, libeled, ignored, hindered, blocked, frustrated, accused, fined, imprisoned. Is it any wonder that fearful, weak people take the money?
