The court challenge coming is the constitutionality of the Biden Administration using an emergency procedure to circumvent the OSHA rule making process to re-interpret an OSHA standard and push a jab mandate on every company in the country with over 100 employees. 95% of these emergency procedure rule changes fail to hold up in court, and this one is especially vulnerable.
