Holding out! But I think you're underestimating the gravity of the situation.
"Occupation.
Government."
Does that sound like underestimating to you?
In fairness, I posted that in an edit.
There will be hard consequences either way.
Yes. They are going to try and crush us americans on the right and moderates. They are going to try (and are winding up) to a long drawn out version of economic lockdown. The more the situation gets out of control, the more they will try, desperate actions, actions well and beyond excusable, the sort of things that will turn all sides against the u.s. government. At that point they will start a war or release a worse bioweapon, or claim one was released. Or instigate massive riots or some other major disaster, on a scale we haven't seen yet.
I put a 50-60% confidence interval on this general scenario in the six to nine months range, or at least the attempt to.
The u.s. government is illegitimate. The intelligence agencies and pharmaceutical companies know it. The public knows it. The bureaucracy and planners in the NGOs know the public knows. The military knows. Everyone knows. The DNC can't control its radicals except with absolute lockdown and outright persecution, which they won't do, so they'll persecute the right. At the same time the GOP knows its number is all but up, and its split right down the middle, with people rapidly and irreversibly seeing through the sham. Despite everything, even if the elections were organic, I see the GOP losing midterms in a big way. Yes, despite everything we've been told. I'll put a 65-70% CI on this.
The reason is the trump effect. Us conservatives are usually pretty quick to see through a con. And thats caught on in a big way. The GOP has been typecast now. They're losers. Trump "lost" (even though technically he won). And its caused people to notice how much the swamp has grown, rather than been drained, since he got in. The GOP sabotaging trump, unwittingly put the rope around their necks in terms of credibility.
And what bolsters this point of view is simple: look at how tight the governor race in virginia is.
Despite everything the left has done to america.
Look how tight it is. Even discounting bad polling.
Thats conservatives not turning out when, after everything, this should be a slam dunk, even in the pre-election polls.
It's not. And thats because theres a big invisible gaping wound right down the middle of the GOP, and they're bleeding credibility, and probably haven't realized it.
Thats why I said six months ago that the party was done.
In retrospect when they threw trump under the bus, it should have been obvious it was the death of the populist urge in the GOP.
And what is the force driving the reactionary spirit that attracted people to the GOP?
Thats right, populism.
Essentially they don't represent us anymore. And a small, but growing chunk of the base are becoming aware of this.
They accidentally fucked themselves while trying to keep the quid-pro-quo false parties game going.
As I said, the u.s. government is illegitimate, and that was evident with the election theft. To give it back now would just reveal the ruse, because trump, having it given to him, would be gimped from that point. So they can't do that either. Theres no going back.
It's an occupation by an enemy force, because all their actions have hurt the public, hundreds of millions of us, and everyone knows it.
Thats why they're surrounding the capitol with national guardsmen, federalizing the capitol police, and talking about a wall around DC, and further security measures.
They're in the process of realizing that they lost our consent to govern, and will now have to govern by false flag terror attacks, imposition, mandates, and terrorizing the public. They're realizing they committed a crime, the public, and in particular, veterans know it, and what the implications of that are.
And so, everyone knows the games up and its only a matter of when will the music stop? When will the next shoe drop?
The time interval for that at max is a month or two before or after the midterms. So if we don't see some major event soon as the next distraction or excuse for the coming major crimes and suppression by the u.s. government, we'll see a major event in no more than 2-6 weeks. We've likely already seen the pre-messaging on media for narrative priming and haven't realized thats what it is.
Also with the economic system collapsing, and things becoming way worse, we will see a resurgence in racial and religious violence. Either because of competition between ever more desperate people, or because the state will fuel the conflicts as an internal distraction from the fact that the state's looting and inflation caused it. Thats why we're seeing the rampant anti-white propaganda and demonization coming from blacks and other "minorities" now. It's a distraction from how bad the economics are gonna get.
If it wasn't going to get bad, then there would be no reason for the destabalizing effects of these outrageous calls to violence by the left, and there would be no reason to gives the right cause and motive to organize or rally around one message or idea. But the state is giving us this morale booster, changing fear for anger, and it makes me ask why.
And thats because the state finds it preferable, if you consider, to the alternative: Riots and large scale racial/religious tension are preferable to the state than being blamed for something else thats coming, that the state is clearly responsible for.
And what is that "something" thats coming? Probably the thing we already know, or strongly suspect, the thing everyone who knows anything is talking about:
Hyperinflation and a massive increase in cost of living, combine with job losses on a large scale.
In retrospect, its kinda an obvious move by the occupation.
