Just like they (((find))) cp on everyone's pc. I think you're missing my point. Like weed, if it becomes normal and acceptable by the masses then they can't stop it. Only the "law abiding" fear the government.
The question I've always had about weed is "was it made popular, or did it get popular all on its own"
Have you ever heard that the alcohol companies pushed for prohibition? They made bank and secured the law in their favor.
I wonder the same about things like weed or 3D printing. Any such trend which seems to ne capable of undermining the establishment.
Maybe both. All I know is as older generations die off it becomes more acceptable, like tattoos have lost their taboo. Like a lot of things it seems the harder you try to cap it the more underground it goes and eventually becomes "cool". Only nerds played videogames when I was a kid, now its mainstream as can be. Perhaps what we're seeing is a trend of young people realizing the the government does nothing but stomp on the individual and stifle their rights, and they want nothing to do with it. We don't always notice because they would rather be left alone and stay relatively quiet leaving us to think the future is all niggers and commies because they reeeee the loudest and think twittard is real life.
