The way they'll do it is the same way they do it everywhere. It starts with "affordable housing" projects. They'll sell the population on the idea that there's a housing shortage and they have just the answer: condos. You know why it's always condos? Because they plant them into voting precincts that are predominantly white, single-family residential areas. One complex full of spics and niggers can turn a precinct blue. Once you have two or three you have a city council district. If you have at-large city council they will sue and win to force your city to have districts so niggers and spics can elect somebody. Those politicians will ramp up the housing projects, rent assistance, and other programs to attract more niggers and spics. Pretty soon their changing zoning laws to allow "lavanderias" and payday loan business in strip malls. Then they're beefing up public transportation so these niggers and spics can get around your town. It soon becomes a self-feeding monster.
