If that is the case, then no, I understand you perfectly.
But I’m pointing out that in matters of sex with adults, our legal system does not hold the child responsible. And that’s because underage people are highly susceptible to suggestion by legal adults. If this weren’t the case, then there would be no such thing as pedophilia or statutory rape.
