I think he brings sacrificial victims to the woman prosecutor. And fucks her.

He's only done this one other time based on charges. So there is not a pattern of this behavior, thankfully.

I think you're right. A work farm over the weekend for rape for 10 weeks? That's fucking insane. Once he finishes it (which I doubt) he'll be relocated to another part of the country with new name and backstory.
