School me on Pency.

Aside from Philly, Pittsburgh and Harrisburg, Pency seems to be mostly really small towns. I know that that a lot of Philly is a shithole with the exception of the outer burbs which are really expensive like Queens and Brooklyn are to Manhattan. I know that some of the suburbs of Pittsburgh are pretty nice and affordable, but it is 9 hours from NYC. It seems like anything within 2.5-3 Hours of NYC is a shithole of Ricans and Blacks.

Any good recommendations for something within 5 hours of NYC that will not be super expensive, but will also have a mostly White population of between 30K and 200K and some amenities?

If you go out to western side of PA or close to WV. Its a lot of small towns. A lot of White people and mostly conservative. I used to scoff at PA for the pollitics. PA isnt a bad state. Just my experience. Id consider it an option if i were leaving ky. My states in order are, WV, PA, and idaho. But kys been pretty good to me so far. I dislike the governor very much and i didnt vote for him either.
