Niggers on dirt bikes and ATVs have become an increasing problem in Philadelphia over the past few years. They roll up, squad deep, and disregard any and all traffic laws.
The police will not chase or arrest them.
It wasn't that big of an issue until last summer, and I'm predicting this summer it will all come to serious head, where people end up dying. Hopefully this forces law enforcement to address the issue.
