It can be done with the mobile mumble.app, but it would be without the icecast (audio web link) and the recording (since it should be done by the mumble server to get the best quality without cutting off)

The first (icecast) is a link to listen to the poalcast without installing a mumble compatible client/app.
The second is for recording the poalcast and upload it on vid8 later on.
