Navigating/surfing to poal.co from internet Explorer (old browser) I get: Error Code: DLG_FLAGS_SEC_CERT_CN_INVALID

which means certificate is FAKE.

AND it says DO NOT go to this site.

Are you guys tricking us?

Hey TBFST, good to see you man! Glad you made the trip!

Real men just telnet in over dial-up and talk to the server direct.

Poal would be much better if it were on irc

I have telnet installed, I do not have an account on THAT server as a user. ONLY as a member of poal, which I would HAVE to logon first to RUN to login as me here.

It's ALL about NOT being where the EXPECT you to be. HAS merit in combat.

The cert was issued to poal.co by Let's Encrypt. The cert is valid.

How old is your browser?

OP did say IE. I feel bad they don't know there's far better and newer options.

Yes, but it must be a really old version or something is messed up. I loaded up IE (forgive me) and it works just fine.

Sounds like his root cert cache got hosed. Or, he's lying.

Are we talking IE on Windows 10, 8, 7, XP, or something even less supported?

My web developer days from a decade ago are giving me flashbacks.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON'T USE IE.
