I'm stuck at giving 31 up voats. Am I a stupid niggerfaggot and there are rules I'm too lazy to look at or is it something else? Since down votes are discouraged I'd like to be able to at least up voat stuff.

It's an algorithm that prevents vote gaming with alts (used by spammers to artificially give upvotes to their posts).

You might be using a VPN service that shares your IP with multiple users.

Once you start participating, your account will get whitelisted.

When the site freezes, reloading works for me.

Up voted you too and it registered. Yes, I went so far as to log off, reboot my phone and it had no affect. This is my first "post" and it seems to have fixed it.
