My post got moved to pic8, while pic8 also has problems with webp files, there are specifically issues in poal with the format because it is not matching the file extension correctly

For now, it is better to upload to pic8 and using the resulting link, however it will not be webp, rather png due to other problems

It's an issue with pic8, that's why your post was moved there.

The feature used to upload images directly to the 'create a post' page uses Pic8.

i know, but it fails to recognize that webp is an image format at all
