Maybe I'm blind but say I change my mind and I'm in the new post page or the edit post page, I can't cancel it. I have to click on the back button or click a link to get out. It would be convenient to have a cancel button to return you to the previous page.

I'm on a laptop with a touchpad.

Use Alt-Left and Alt-Right on your keyboard to go forward/back.
