The user block feature has been adjusted to users above level 10. It costs resources(aka it cost poal money) so we had to limit it to users who actually post/comment and engage with the community.

We can STILL block the lower level noobs right? Just they can't block us? Is that as good? If you BOTH block each other (common I think)..it's like the other person is kicked off poal as far as the blocker is concerned.

There aren't many, but a few who respond typically in 1 (or a few more) words to everything you type (NO other TEXT and OPINION or WIT or illumination, you know, what this place is for)....they respond strictly with "fag" or "kill yourself" or "you're retarded"...and NOTHING else (supporting or funny or witty or anything). HATE those fags.
